Running Excellence

RUNNING EXCELLENCE CONFERENCE 2023

excellent muscle metabolic
stability during running

- the key factor in breaking the

2-hour marathon barrier

as proposed by Prof. dr. hab. Jerzy A. Zoladz (Ph.D., D.Sci.)

training for endurance
is both science and art

At Running Excellence we know this. We are also aware of the fact that translating the science into the coaching practice is difficult. We would like to change this.

On Thursday 23rd of November 2023 Running Excellence organises, in cooperation with the Dutch Athletic Federation, the first Dutch conference on “Excellence in Running”. During the conference we will present you the latest scientific research on Middle and Long Distance running and its translation into the coaching practice.

Program
